This family was particularly concerned about their driveway and asked us to make special accommodations to protect it. We absolutely obliged, which is what we have done for over 40 years for customer in the Puget Sound. That is why Bates Roofing has done so well within our community and lasted over 4 decades. Their driveway was covered in plywood and we worked together with our supplier to make sure they only brought out just the shingles for this job to keep the weight of the truck down. These steps helped minimize the risk of any potential damage.
We installed a brand new CertainTeed Landmark roofing shingle in the color Moire Black. We utilized a "full roofing system," which allows us to provide a 50 year limited lifetime non prorated warranty with a 25 year workmanship warranty. Hands down you just cant beat the value that Bates Roofing has to offer.
