In Western Washington it rains 9 months out of the year. We live in a literal rain forest. The high level of precipitation creates the beautiful, green landscape that is our home. With the rain however we also experience challenges that dryer and warmer climates do not encounter. Waterproofing structures is one of those challenges. We love transforming homes with new roofing systems. Recently we had the opportunity to help give a Puyallup home a facelift with a CertainTeed Presidential TL asphalt roofing shingle. This particular home had an existing wood shake roof on it that was worn and past its useful life.
